"Chris Wallace uses 604 person poll to attack Jim Gelispe what an asshole....."
A 604 sample poll can be very accurate. Who is Jim Gelispe? I agree Chris is disappointing, to say the least!

David Broder getting the feeling out in the hinterlands that East Coast media may be premature in giving the nomination to Dean.
Karen Tumulty of Time's interview with Dean explains Dean's mental "shorthand" in which he jumps to the answer, shortcuiting his consciousness and getting himself in trouble. Dean is extremely confident in his instincts, much like Bush. (bwaaahaahaaa)

That's Ed Gillespie, head of RNC. I thought he came across as knowledgeable and forceful.

It's because some people switched when the Dem party started embracing Civil Rights and the GOP became for States Rights...

Of course, South Carolina particularly has a long history of preferring less Federal involvement...right down to refusing to ratify the Constitution until the Bill of Rights was attached, and doing so with reservations even then.

Looks like Dean himself is laying low this morning on the talkshows. Smart.
Is that Dem. debate tonight? That should be a riot. Bring the rotten tomatoes/Dean better wear armor and a splash apron.

Thanks for the "line-up".
Upon further review, the three football games later today sound more interesting. I plan to rest my eyes.:-)

Russert says in Iraq he will have a plan to turn power over to the Iraqis and get our forces out of there so that we can get back to the REAL fight on terrorism. DId this get a follow up? That seems to be a hint that he would commit troops to OTHER places? Where does he plan on deploying resources? Malaysia? Russia? Palm Beach? Vancouver?

I'd be willing to bet that Wesley's "Progressive" tax reform, is not a flat tax. In fact, Wesley's definition the history of taxation in our country is quite frightening. In fact, it sounds downright communistic:
Supports redistribution by progressive taxation
"We've had a principle in this government for almost 100 years of progressive taxation. We believed in some degree of redistribution of income to insure everybody had a certain safety net under them, a certain equality of opportunities. Government has a legitimate role in doing this."

Juan gratuitously mentioned that rumors have it that Karl Rove may be the source of the Pflame outing. Of course, he adds there is no proof that this is the case. It is called character assassination.
