Uh, glad they didn't ask me. Kazaa Lite is rolling as we speak. I am checking out a group I was told about on here! lol
And, yes, I do buy CD's.Not often, but I do!
I thought Lite didn't have the spyware. Or, maybe we just got rid of it. Mmmm, better check that out.

From my recollection, Kazaa tried to support itself partially from the proceeds of the spyware operation. Kazaa Lite is a pirated version of Kazaa that strips the spyware. There's a moral in there somewhere...

In any event, as mp3 players become more popular, it will become easier and safer to swap mp3's. Friends will just swap music among each other as email attachments, or by uploading/downloading mp3's from their mp3-players to friends computer/players as they visit each other in person. And it will be completely invisible to, and untrackable by, RIAA.
