The tribunal's (in)credibility is proved by how reluctant it was to indict people like Oric. Innocence or guilt can't be proved in a court that has no public to answer to. In the meantime Milosevic does a good job exposing the whole structure despite their innumerable unidentified witnesses.

Hardly. The prosecution has linked him to the various paramilitaries active in Croatia, Bosnia, and Kosovo, thus confirming his responsibility in the crimes they perpetrated.

Meanwhile, Slobo tries to score points with his supporters back home and on various web forums by playing to the perpetual Serbian victim mentality, rather than defending himself - it's good PR for a receptive audience, but will fail him miserably come judgement time.
