I read somewhere that Madonna has a high IQ; that is certainly not reflected in her letter supporting Clark, in which she exhibits both a basic ignorance of facts and an inability to reason.

Hmmmm....
Yes. I'd definitely say that Modona's become pretty good at "spreading the liberal message," ahem, as it were.

Material Girl
Written by Peter Brown and Robert Rans
Some boys kiss me, some boys hug me
I think they're O.K.
If they don't give me proper credit
I just walk away
They can beg and they can plead
But they can't see the light, that's right
'Cause the boy with the cold hard cash
Is always Mister Right, 'cause we are
Living in a material world
And I am a material girl
You know that we are living in a material world
And I am a material girl
Some boys romance, some boys slow dance
That's all right with me
If they can't raise my interest then I
Have to let them be
Some boys try and some boys lie but
I don't let them play
Only boys who save their pennies
Make my rainy day, 'cause they are
Living in a material world
And I am a material girl
You know that we are living in a material world
And I am a material girl
Living in a material world (material)
Living in a material world
Living in a material world (material)
Living in a material world
Boys may come and boys may go
And that's all right you see
Experience has made me rich
And now they're after me, 'cause everybody's
Living in a material world
And I am a material girl
You know that we are living in a material world
And I am a material girl
A material, a material, a material, a material world
Living in a material world (material)
Living in a material world

"lack of consciousness"
LOL.
It's Clinton/Clark/Hollywood vs Dean/Gore/Green Party.
Hopelessly fractured party.
Again LOL.

A marriage made in heaven.
Madonna loves Europe ...
and Clark loves Europe.
Clark on Hardball, via Khanreport
And I would say to the Europeans, I pledge to you as the American president that well consult with you first. You get the right of first refusal on the security concerns that we have.

I guess Bush better start packing and make way for President Clark. Madonna's backing sure changed my mind. With such a brilliant and talented person telling me how to vote why would I vote for anyone else. </sarcasm

Just another calebrity expecting the rest of us to bend over and grab our ankles whenever she opens that pie-hole of hers.
Yep, I'm REALLY convinced that I should throw (up) my support for Clark. BTW, this should have been a "barf alert".

I read somewhere that Madonna has a high IQ; that is certainly not reflected in her letter supporting Clark, in which she exhibits both a basic ignorance of facts and an inability to reason. There is an old saying ... Commonsense is not so common
Madonna may have a very high IQ .. but she lacks all Commonsense
She doesn't think terrorism is one of out greatest risks????

Although Madonna's recommendation is certainly important in deciding how to vote, I don't think we should decide until we hear from Barbra Streisand and Alec Baldwin. [/sarchasm]
