It's the right move, for the sake of those politicians own souls.

ABOUT TIME!!!!! THe pro-aborts won't like this because they will have to remain seated during Holy Communion. This will thereby let members of the congregation know who they are. Thank you Bishop Raymond Burke for starting the ball rolling on this.

Alot of people who didn't take communion would leave just before communion was up. But we all knew who they were because they were the only ones opening up the church doors to sneak out!

Senator Susan Collins attends my church. She is a pro-choice catholic, and I cringe when I serve her communion. The church needs to take a stand on this.

I think they'll just up and move on to a liberal parish that is impressed with celebrity, and they'll get in the line just like they always did. Jerks.

I know. This should be interesting. I wonder if he is going to tell Fr. Biondi, S.J., President of SLU, not to take the Eucharist. Politics is more his game than the priesthood.

If he does, it's purely for photo-ops. What gets me is how he, and other divorced Catholic celebrities can get married in the Catholic Church. They must go through a quickie anullment. It makes a mockery out the institution if they get a pass as it seems.
