[history]
One lesson is abundantly clear in "The Apprentice," the new reality show that positions Donald Trump as a demigod. Money -- even The Donald's billions of dollars -- can't buy good hair. With his seedy combover, which perches on his forehead like a mohair racoon, the world-famous real estate baron is living proof that conspicuous consumption does not necessarily include a personal Fab Five.

They said Sam was going to be on one of the talk shows, unfortunately I wasn't paying attention, and I don't know which one.
They even said before the show that today's loser will be on ___ show tomorrow.
Anyone remembers which show will it be?
Not that I really want to see nutty Sam again.
What does he do in real life?
I surely wouldn't want this guy to work for me, nor to work anywhere near me and God help anyone who has to work for him.

Thanks for the link to the summary on Sam.
I have trouble believing the guy they are describing is the same guy we've been seeing on this show.

What does he do in real life? He is the devil. The look he gave when he got fired proves it. I'd love to have a snapshot of Sam with his eyes rolled up....ewwwieeeee!

....oh and how many times did Omarosa mentioned she used to work for the former Prez.... There are some things you just should NOT put on your resume.

Sam's face was freaking my daughter and me out. I told her there's an expression "if looks could kill" That was it! It was freaky!

BTW, couldn't they have gone to a flea market and gotten even better deals? They should've got the squid at a bait shop, did a DIY leg waxing, and had one guy scouring eBay for a local deal on the other items. No need to send teams of men all over Manhattan to do a simple chore, 'fer cryin' out loud.
Sam was a wild man, as Trump said. I half expected him to go postal on Donald at the end.
As for the women, it's totally unfair; they're selling sex. Selling it in every episode. The men should be told about it so that in the future they can hire a good looking hooker to flash her boobs all over the place.
Finally . . . I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M WATCHING THIS SHOW! :-)

How successful and smart is Omarosa? She graduated without honors from, er, Central State U. (seriously), which would probably rank up there with Harvard, UCLA, MIT, etc. if only people could find it on a map. Her White House "political consultant" role was as Deputy Associate Director of Personnel, which may be a glorified way of saying "assistant to the assistant to the HR director." Her frequent interruptions of others on "The Apprentice" indicate she doesn't listen well to others, and her response to the "calling the kettle black" suggests that she is quick to inject her own bias -- two serious flaws for a would-be doctoral student. Now that the record's clearer, let's hope the television, and all of us, shift our attentions to people more worthy of adulation.

she could make a great FReeper with her love of playing the R-card.
I could not believe how she responded to the "kettle comment", she either needs some thick skin or is rather dulled.

I bet Katie Couric can't wait to interview Omarosa.
Thanks for the link and the summary.

Welcome to FR, T-rump.
I know where Central State University is - Wilberforce, Ohio. My step-sister went there. :)

she could make a great FReeper with her love of playing the R-card. Well, I disagree with "make a great Freeper", since the vast majority of us observe the use by libs of it, while certainly not engaging in it ourselves. Far from it.
No surprise she worked in the clinton WH. I'm sure there her attitude was nurtured.

With all due respect, smearing someone as racist is commonplace here and often for the same illusory reasons that the libs use.
Just go to a Southern or Immigration or Kobe thread...just to name a few.
FR is hypersensitive about this.

With all due respect, I said the majority are not prone to cry racism and I stand by that. I certainly did not say it was non-existant, but it does not in any way represent the average Freeper, no matter how many times you falsely say it does.

And I really cannot imagine a real true bonafide Freeper perceiving racism in the saying "That's like the pot calling the kettle black", like Omarasa did. In fact, the pot/kettle thing is quite a common saying around these parts.
Also, there is such a thing as real racism and that I have seen commented on. And appropriately so.

No way. They should have split up the items between all the team players. That gives them the full day to find out where they can get em, each negotiating for the best price. At 2 PM, they could have met up, determined total savings and helped those who haven't saved enough.
Their mistake was leaving 3 people back at Trump to do research. One person would have been plenty to search and coordinate.
In the end, the one's with the least skill in negotiating would have been on the block.

We can go on and on with this...not much point to it.
