Henry Kissinger as Secretary of State for Nixon signed the document. It was published in 1974 and declassified in 1989. NSSM 200 is the executive branch’s version of Roe v Wade applied on a global scale—but also for Americans.
The chief method promoted for “world de-population” is abortion. Roe was an opportunity for the US government to allow citizens to think they somehow have a “right” to abortion. This is much more effective than trying to force it on them. Americans hate “forced” or “coerced” abortions in “less civilized” nations but foolishly embrace the “freedom” for themselves to choose…(to dismember their own children and throw them in the garbage).
