Wow!! So, in other words, if the election were held today and the President was not allowed to campaign, the Democrats might stand a chance.

laugh if you will, but this is serious. you have round the clock coverage of these Dem primaries, with no rebuttal of any kind. And its having an effect. If you allow these Dems to continue to spew lies, and let it go unchallenged day after day, eventually the lies repeated often enough become fact to many dumb american voters, and its much hard to rebut later on down the line for Bush.
Rove should be running ads NOW against them.

Wow!! So, in other words, if the election were held today and the President was not allowed to campaign, the Democrats might stand a chance. LOL - exactly. But oceanview's point is well taken - Rove is having surrogates go out and do a little bit of the meet-and-greet stuff but it obviously isn't working - which is hardly surprising given the saturation coverage of the Dems.
As much of a scumbag as he was, Gray Davis had the right idea: figure out who you don't want to run against and carpet-bomb them with negative ads.

Yep, I'm more interested in a candidate poll when the candidates are actually campaigning.
How about a "Southern" poll which shows how bad Kerry will get beat by Edwards.
