Geez! The idiots on the other end of the call are MORONS! Who cares what seat she's in? The people she called are total idiots and should be fired.

They sound like they don't even care or that it's a routine call. "We're taking it down and recording this"...why do they need to take it down if it's being recorded?

Then "flight operations" breaks in and says, "what flight number are we talking about"? Geez, don't they have some kind of caller ID for their OWN FLIGHTS?

The people on the ground were worthless. I guess the IQ level of airline ground employees is below 50.

Remind me to NEVER fly American again. Then another MORON comes on to ask AGAIN, "who are you, what flight is this" etc.

And then the ground folks have to call 911? Don't they have some emergency button they can hit? Everyone of the ground people are bureaurcratic idiots you can tell are having to fill out their precious forms and ask their worthless questions.

All of this time delay kept the proper people from being notified in time to send Air Force jets up to determine the threat.

Every single one of those people on the ground should be fired and the entire operation reorganized by someone with a brain!
