Rambling thought.
On the other hand, why would you have to be in town to make a long distance call? They do advertise free roaming now days. Call direct, avoid "911" and such tracing.

Sorry, there is nothing in this post indicating the caller was in town, out of town, long distance calling...what exactly is it you're referring to? You've never replied to my last inquiry either. Was the kid making bomb threats here in Columbus?
