Panthers need some first downs or good special teams play. So far NE is winning the battle of field position, muting Carolina's strengths, and they won't keep missing field goals.

The Bud Light "Fergus vs. the Preppie" commercial was the best so far.

Go Pats! :-)

I don't care much either except that it be a good, close game decided on the last play.

I guess I'll root for the Panthers, just because it would be nice to see John F. Kerry pissed off

As if Meet the Depressed following Howie to Cheeseland 2+ weeks before our primary when there's 7 states with primaries 2 days away didn't already piss him off.

I must root for the Panthers - if only because the PAts knocked my Titans out of the playoffs. Of course, they made the hated Peyton Manning look like an amateur, so they're not ALL bad.

So far NE is winning the battle of field position, ...

No doubt about that. Ne has been playing better so far, in the early part of the game. GO PATS!

And another 3-and-out for the Panthers makes the score:

3-and-outs - 4
Scoring drives - 0

Edwards is rooting for the Panthers :)

I don't mind. Edwards would be a more formidable challenger to Bush, but there's just something visceral I feel towards Kerry. Of all the RAT candidates, he's the one for whom I have the most intense personal dislike.
