This thread is a keeper. May God bless President Ronald Wilson Reagan. One day, he'll know about all of prayers and love, and that we've not forgotten him, and won't. Ever.

Mornin' ! Yep ... good stuff here. It's amazing he keeps hanging on. I hear he has no
idea who he is and doesn't recognize anybody now.
That Nancy. What a trooper she is, too.

I had the pleasure of shaking hands with Ronald Reagan in October 1980, at a campaign stop in Ohio. I will always remember how vigorous and young he looked - and he was 69 years old at the time!

Nancy is a doctor's daughter and man it paid off. She loves him in the most complete love I've ever seen demonstrated in public.

Great pic.
Too young to have voted for the man, but he shaped my future. Because of him and those who worked so hard behind him I have had opportunities that would have never been possible without him.
My Father served in the Navy during the Carter and Reagan administrations. He was proud to serve under Reagan.
Happy Birthday Mr. President.

A former brother-in-law of mine served in the Army, also under Carter and RR. He said the difference was like night and day, with active duty folks getting the respect they deserved under President Reagan. Heck, he became the only Republican in his family because of it.
