I did not see it as tentative as by the 3rd, 4th, and umpteenth the same question is asked, President Bush seemed to me to be losing his patience with a child that keeps demanding "are we there yet?" I have felt this way at times when I explain something very simply yet the individual I am speaking to cannot seem to grasp what I am saying. You get to a point where you have explained it as simple as you can without resorting to pictures. I did not think Russert looked scared only that he was being a alpha hotel. I liked the several times where President Bush took command of the interview and would not allow Russert to continue his line of questioning. I also liked the President's humor - especially when he told Russert that one question was a trick Washington question.
