"Then you go to an anti-immigration Web site chat room and ask, 'What's all this about George Bush proposing amnesty for illegal aliens?'"

Oh, Moby and I go way back.

Unfortunately for Moby, all of the Democrats have proposed worse Amnesties than the President's, or his "not an Amnesty" Illegal Alien legalization plan would be a lot more damaging than it already is.

Last month, Bush did propose reforms to immigration policy. But he insisted, "I oppose amnesty, placing undocumented workers on the automatic path to citizenship [because it] perpetuates illegal immigration."

Sorry Mr. President, that hair just won't split:

You are right. It was the Reagan "non" amnesty that created the mess we are in now and the Bush "non" amnesty will only make the problem worse. It really doesn't seem to matter much which party holds the presidency as far as illegal immigration goes. Either way illegals will be pandered to. If it were not for the WOT I'm not sure how I would vote, but it wouldn't be for a Democrat. As it is, I will be voting for Bush.

That chart puts GWB in the same league as "depends on what the meaning of is is." GWB's credibility is becoming questionable.

Amnesty isn't amnesty.

The pill bill is only going to cost 1/3 more than he said it would.

Reasons for going into Iran (yeh, those Dem allegations are sticking for some voters)

GWB has some serious repairing to do regarding his credibility.

If they can be turned into voting Republicans, it's worth it.
