I agree with most of your post except for point #2. If Bush limits himself to one term John Kerry, a liberal who is left of Ted Kennedy, will be our next president.

It doesn't have to be that way, especially if Bush stops campaigning.

If conservatives get behind a proponent of Constitutional integrity and tax relief like Michael Peroutka soon, we wouldn't have to have liberals like Kerry or any other socialist Democrat.

Sure thing. Howard Phillips, the Constitution Party candidate for president in the 2000 election received a scant 98,016 votes, or 0.09% of the total. I don't expect to see Michael Peroutka to do any better.

The stark reality is...it's either 4 more years of Bush or 4-8 years of John Kerry. Given that choice I'll go with Bush every time, despite his failings on immigration reform.
