This is from Kaloogian's opening message to visitors on the main page of his website:

"Now, more than ever, President Bush needs someone who is willing to fight with him to keep America headed in the right direction – to keep our taxes low and our national security assured." Source: www.HowardForSenate.com

I think that makes it clear how Kaloogian feels about Bush and puts into context his opposition to the amnesty/guest worker plan.

Sounds good to me, if he could win...but remember the Recall lost in S.F. and he will have a hard time there. Of course I would vote for him in the general election, but he will probably lose. It is sad really...he would be a good guy for the Senate.

===

Leading a rally and an audience in booing President Bush, and attacking his policies, doesn't exactly qualify as "fighting with him".

Too bad for Howard -- he showed bad judgement and demonstrated that he cannot be trusted -- except by the Dems who are using him, just the same way they used McClintock to sow division among Republicans/conservatives, to get their own candidates elected.

People who are so blind and naive not to see that, have been correctly referred to as "useful idiots" by the communists.
