True, but there's that nasty business of proving it, under sharia. How a girl can round up four eyewitnesses when the word of the rapist against hers is good enough for the court would throw a wrench into things. Then there's that thing they do called honor killing, where the girl's family does the rapist the favor of just murdering her outright to spare them undo "shame" and thereby relieving him of even that remote chance of four eyewitnesses coming forward.
