New Hampshire is in the process of doing away with the licensing procedure in order to carry a concealed weapon.
CCW Bills have been introduced in Kansas and Nebraska which would leave only Wisconsin, Illinois and Washington D.C. without a CCW law.

Okay, there are more than a few state level compacts for reciprocity, but not for all and there are varying requirements. How about a uniform single reciprocity law that allows carry nationwide with the issuing states requirements under the 14th Amendment's Full Faith and Credit clause as well as the Equal Protection clause.
