It's just window dressing. There are more concrete efforts that could be executed, but the destruction of the IRS and revision of the tax code will never occur.

Bush should sign that bill as fast as possible. Yes he should if he wants to get re-elected and stop the bad reports about the "jobless recovery" showing very awful stats on job creation.

Except it will not make it through the house. He should put pressure on them. The trouble is is that we use trade policy as a form of foreign policy in the WOT. He is between a rock and a hard place here. If he loses - which is a real possibility - it will be to this issue. This campaign is unraveling.
