We are not in the minus yet, if we get below zero then we should worry.

This fine young man is doomed.
He's white,
He's conservative,
He's smart,
He's a gun owner,
He has a job,
He's a decent person,
and I assume he's "strait".....
In Kalifornica that's an automatic "maximum sentence allowed under the law" deal.

"The law sucks but since when is forgetfulness an excuse. This kid broke the law...thats just cold hard reality ."
I appreciate that you feel that way. Just wait until an act of "forgetfulness" regarding something that the liberals forbid ruins your life or the life of your child. Myself and the others here will be cold and indifferent toward your situation.

How someone people can allow children to be treated like this and still call this a free nation is beyond me.

"This kid broke the law...thats just cold hard reality ."The Mayor of San Francisco is not only breaking the law but is spitting in it's face. What's your take on that?

"I guess the real reason is the concentration of leftist radicals in the SF - Berkeley area."That wouldn't include you, would it?

The law sucks but since when is forgetfulness an excuse. In what way does the law suck?
This kid broke the law...thats just cold hard reality.
Your attitude shows a contempt for the Second Amendment, IMO.

Not exactly zero tolerance. Maybe 10% tolerance or whatever.

BTW don't you have the slightest hesitation about taking a position against zero tolerance. Or are you just full of irony?

Of course there is a solution to this and all other firearms related issues.
Ban all the guns... Then we would all live in a peaceful utopian paradise with no violence, no crime and Hillary Clinton as Dictator for Life.
It's been a long night...
I'm really glad that I live in Kansas.
G'night.
