I remember taking a .410 shotgun to school for show and tell in the third grade.
That was in Maryland before the Liberal Socialist Reformation.

And I recall taking a 12 Gauge shotgun, a 30-30 rifle, and a .45ACP pistol to a school -- to teach a hunter safety class
in a public school classroom!
And this was maybe 15 years ago! Man, things have gone downhill fast.
