Maybe we could encourage some of the illegal Latin American immigrants here to move to Spain to displace some of these Muslims moving north. If purchased in bulk, tickets from Houston to Madrid can be had for as little as $150 one way.

Great thinking.
The economics of this could be huge.
For only $150 investment, the payback would be around 11 days in reduced social costs, assuming ($150 airplane ticket) / ($4800 net social costs per year / 12 months to a year / 30 days to a month).
We could even give them $1,000 resettlement fees and still win big time.
They would unlikely come back across the border the next day.
