News Advisory:

The Republican National Committee announced today that "Reggie Jr." the SUV offspring of the RNC's "Reggie the Registration Rig" will be on the Plaza of Champions at Busch Memorial Stadium in St. Louis, Mo., this Monday, April 5 beginning at 9:30 A.M. The Mini-Registration Vehicle site will also have several of Missouri's prominent Republicans helping to register baseball fans headed into the game.

The debut of "Reggie Jr." will occur prior to President Bush's throwing out of the Opening Day Ceremonial First Pitch on Monday afternoon in the Gateway City. "Reggie Jr.'s" appearance in St. Louis will further the RNC's record setting drive to register 3 million new voters before Election Day in November, of which one million have already been registered.

"Reggie Jr." will provide an opportunity for residents of Missouri, Illinois and all surrounding states to register to vote in this fall's election. The 18-wheeled "Reggie" truck will be participating in the opening day ceremonies at Great American Ball Park, home of the Cincinnati Reds, as part of the visit there of Vice President Cheney.
