Having worked in another Governor's office, I can tell you that letters that are identical or similar do not result in a positive effect.

I advise other Florida Freepers to take the time to write their own letters.

Like I said in a previous post, this was one of those times my brain was switched off... who all's faxed this yet? Hopefully no one. (I haven't... been getting a busy signal--probably fortunately.) If anyone already has, I'll keep it sealed on the comp.

While this is generally a true statement, in this specific case Summer brought the fax to the personal attention of Jeb Bush. Therefore a count of similar faxes would have different weight. I do know that Jeb reads and personally responds to emails - of course not all of them - so don't misunderestimate the benefit of contacting this governor.
