We MAY HAVE turned "Long-time Friends" into Implacable Enemies--ALL to make "The Clintons" "Look Good!"

Exactly right. If ever a war were illegal, the Kosovo war was. The Nato charter specificly forbid it to intervene in the internal affairs of other nations, and to only defend its members against attack.

In Kosovo, no member was under attack, and the actions were strictly internal ones.

I spoke out against that war, loudly, at the time, and have done so since. I notice that the liberals supporting that war now are the ones that say we are in an "illegal war" in Iraq, and never mention Kosovo.

It's starting to add up bigtime. Clinton was behind the funding of the creation of the Taliban, with Unocal's help($3 Billion in Western Funding). Taliban=Al Queda, KLA= Al Queda. Arafat was a White House visitor about 200 times( they sure weren't cementing a peace deal now were they)1+1+1=3 Clinton sold us out to Al Queda. He did it with the Chinese and you can go from there on this theory.
