From that title, folks will know that 'Bush KNEW' !!!
Then, when you read it ... he didn't know. Nothing to act upon to stop any specific (unknown) attack:
None of the information in the president's briefing or the August reports involved the eventual Sept. 11 plot.

Everything is now saying that all the Bush Administration were aware of were possible (further) bombing attacks from bin Ladin's crew.
The big question now is that since there was no incriminating info in the PDBs, why didn't they release them much earlier and avoid this whole fiasco?
On the UP side, the Dems have rotten egg all over their faces in just knowing they would have impeachment material.

My sister phoned me today and was informing me of something she had heard on now deceased ex-FBI agent John O'Neill and so I decided to do some research, one may not agree with this authors conclusion, but it does contain quite a bit of info The Mystery Surrounding the Death of John O'Neill: The Propaganda Preparation for 9/11
and then I did a search for Jaime Gorelick combined with names of others that are mentioned in the above article. I received a hit when I searched on Jamie Gorelick Mahmud Ahmad Tom Flocco.com
National Security Adviser Dr. Condoleezza Rice briefing reporters at the May 16, 2002 “damage-control” news conference in response to the “Bush Knew” headline in the New York Post. Afterward, the White House and CNN trans erased the name of the Pakistani Intelligence General Mahmud Ahmad who had met with State Department officials just days prior to the attacks, but shortly after sending a $100,000. check to lead hijacker Mohammed Atta.
