Wasn't it the Church Report that forbid the CIA and the FBI from sharing info? I am sure someone on this thread will know the answer.

The "TORCH" made sure that the CIA was hogged tied in its ability to infiltrated the "evil" ones.

The Clintons sought to protect the security of this nation with lawyers and judges. FBI was to gather the evidence and so as to not contaminate the evidence for a legal case, they could not pass the evidence on to anyone else.

Yes, and there were laws passed after the Church committee did its "job". Nobody seems to want to detail them, including Partisan Media.

Further restrictions were placed on the CIA by Clinton and Torricelli - the restriction against hiring agents who had disreputable character.
