Answer - "I feel incredibly grieved when I meet with family members." In hindsight, would have done some things differently, mentiones Homeland Security. Mentioned the country wasn't on a war footing.

Yes! It's all my fault. I had the paper right on my desk the morning of 9/11 but came in late b/c I just had to have a specialty coffee at Starbucks! I'm so sorry, I really hope America, no, the world, can forgive me!
