The US Taxpayer has unknowingly financed this control of the weather...

Since the Early 1980's the US Air Force has been spraying the high altitude air streams with several different chemical concotions to influence the weather patterns.
The claim of needing more KC-135a refuelers is not for refueling at all. It is to increase the Spray-Fleet
capability. Isn't obfuscation simply maahvelously series!

This is known as Chemtrail spraying.

Do a Google search on 'Chemtrails'; 'HAARP'; 'Weather Control'; 'secret weather control'; 'scalar weapons'.

Soon the project will be further aided by the release of 'Cloud pattern Stamps' by the USPS. Most of those new stamps will be images of scalar weapon cloud formations...this is rather
insideous...and not very subtle at all.

The USAF has beaten it's own prediction of "OWNING THE WEATHER" by 2015.

'loose lips sink ships' however consider the ship of state that has no regard for any other state.

Laugh if you will, but I've seen rather unusual patterns of contrails, including inexplicable 90 degree turns by high altitude jets as I watch. (Jet heading due North, then a reasonably tight turn due West, AWAY from any possible emergency landing strip.)

I've also recently noticed a remarkable increase in the number of high altitude aircraft flying parellel paths less than an hour apart.
