If anything, the memory of this great man deserves a song or a poem. I am sure a Freeper will come up with one. I think it should be pushed to the top of the charts in the USA. The world's attention should be centered, like a laser, on our HEROES, like that noble Italian, and not on those sorry souls who grovel and quiver before the tyrants, such as French leaders on the Oil for Food take, or the Spanish electorate.

What a beautiful, proud, and strong man. He showed in the last moments of his life how proud he was and set an example of not backing down.

While he was not part of the military, he chose to be there. It's not reasonable for anyone to dismiss our actions with the loss of his life, or any of the other soldiers' lives that were lost. To the contrary, it should only make people more determined.

If it were up to me I would have obliterated Mecca and Medina for this heinous killing. I am dead serious. I am sick of the scourge of Islamic Jihads and their cowardly murders. And their pursuit of grisly photo ops in the world media. Take out Mecca and be done with it.

In memory of Fabrizio Quattrocchi I am taking my girlfriend (who happens to be Sicilian) to the Italian restaurant of her choice for dinner Saturday night (Baltimore, MD, has a huge Italian community in its "Little Italy"). We are going to toast this hero by buying a glass of wine for everyone in the place. It's the best way I know right now how to honor this man of honor.

Now with the heroic passing of Mr. Quattrocchio, maybe Italians (along with Catholicism as a religion) will cease to be the sole remaining ethnic group to be stereotyped, i.e., the Sopranos and other murderous, vile monsters such as those we now fight.
