There's a world of difference in wishing for the death of a man who is rooting for our enemy in a time a war (ie, a traitor) and wishing for the deaths of our troops in that war. You are calling for the death of a man because he says things that you don't agree with. I don't agree with him either, but I don't call for anyone's death because I will never stoop as low and Michael Moore, which is not a problem for so many on this forum.
There is no world of difference at all.

Osama called for the death of American soldiers in Iraq.
While I disagree with him, I would fight for his right to call for such death to our G.I.s.
How's that for an empty exercise in moral vanity?
