That being said, I don't understand Nichol's defense- "I am not guilty because there were lots of us involved in the plot..."

If I was a juror, I would say, "Thanks for the info on the others, but you are still guilty. Off to the electric chair for you."

I think NIchols is trying to prove that the Feds withheld evidence in the case, trying to prove obstruction, or an unfair trial perhaps.

It may work, as the FBI seems to have tampered with witness accounts, videotapes, and of course the crime scene itself was completely destroyed with heavy equipment only days after the bombing.
