IDF SPOKESPERSON UPDATE 9 May 2004 A weapon smuggling tunnel uncovered:

During the night in a joint IDF and border police activity along the Israeli Egyptian border near Rafah, the forces uncovered a weapons smuggling tunnel. Inside the tunnel the forces found a number of Palestinians who were apparently digging the tunnel. The Palestinians were taken for further investigation by security forces.

Furthermore, IDF forces discovered shovels and buckets near the tunnel. Since the beginning of this year IDF forces uncovered approximately 11 weapon smuggling tunnels, since September 2000 forces uncovered approximately 90 weapon smuggling tunnels.

So much for Anwar Sadat's (God rest his soul) historic peacekeeping pact with Israel. This doesn't say too much for America's friend, Egypt either, but when the one thing that unites all arabs, their mutual desire to destroy Israel and their hatred of Jews is remembered, this can be expected.

One more reason not to let Gaza and West Bank leave Israeli control and give Israeli land to the murdering, thieving pali terrorists. The palis are the Arabs problem who are having a summit. Arabs could easily resettle the palis onto Arab land or move them to Jordan where the biggest settlement of palis live. Considering that the Queen of Jordan is a pali and wants to help, let her and the King open their land to resettle the palis. One thing is certain the Arabs have overwhelming resources--land aplenty and oil monies just waiting to be spent for a good cause.

There is one good reason to give them the land and call them a nation. The attacks will continue, and then Israel will have the full moral legitimacy to go in and lay waste to them.

Pull out, get attacked, then give them the Dresden treatment.
