There was an island featured on the Discovery Channel that had some very venomous white snakes that ate all the birds and wildlife and killed all humans who attempted to live there. I suggest that island (wherever it was) for the prisoner storage purpose under discussion. (okay - I tend to be a little angry about potential terrorists :))
