But somebody has to watch so they can start the "just heard this on FNC" thread.

Amen to that.
Of course I prefer FOX to the others, but it's loaded with nothing but sensationalism as well.
The only show worth watching on TV is Kudlow & Cramer, but I never get to see it at the new time slot.
For me it's the internet and FreeRepublic. Better info, no commericials, and much funnier. Turn your TV off, and see how much both your pulse and electric bill drop.

[Fox] became too obsessed with being "fair and balanced.""Fair and balanced" has evolved into a 50/50 mix of people who disagree on whether the U.S. should be preserved or destroyed. Except during commercials, they're seldom more than 60 seconds away from commentary of the latter sort.

And I don't know of anyone who likes Greta. There's something pretty funny about the fact that her husband works for the Kerry campaign.
I like Brit too, but am tired of Juan and Cece and Moyra (sp). Now if Bill Sammon was on more, or Michael Barone, that'd be better. John Gibson has a pretty good show.

Problems with Fox News:
Too much bending over backwards to present lib viewpoints.
Too many screamfests.
Too much time spent on showbiz, sex and court TV crap.
Too politically correct.
Too much Geraldo and Rita.

Actually O'reilly was on vacation last week....so try again ...hahahaha.....and friday night is not a good night to compare ratings...Fox News missed the boat last week letting Bill O'Reilly and Britt Hume be out on vacation last week with everything that was going on. I don't agree with O'Reilly but i enjoy watching his show usually.

I think Larry had Dr. Phil on that night--he's huge.

Dennis Miller is watched in this household much more than H&C now. Great viewing.

Yes, ineed its as we have been saying. FNC is headed down the crapper. And its not just me saying it, I gave up on OReilly when he started calling for Rumsfeld to resign, FNC would not show teh Berg video and gave the entire story little coverage, they are just mimicing the other cable station - all prison torture, all the time. So why watch them.
Ailes, if he still gives a damn, needs to face facts. The entire channel has Brit Hume and Hannity as conservative - and who else is appealing to their core audience?

they were falling below 2 million even before that, this was for a Friday remember.

I agree with all of that...

I know, I can't believe it doesn't repeat for an evening audience. And that 'Capitol Report' show with Gloria and Alan is just embarassingly awful.

Let's see....Fox goes more liberal and looses what made it unique, looses shares. Just one more of the in-crowd but, hey at least they will begin to get accepted by the rest of the crowd.
To: My Favorite Headache
Miller is great. He is funny, spot on and totally engrossing. You have to tune in once and awhile to get the continuity, but you will not be disappointed.
