Essentially: Asked about this, to know if more than one person had been arrested assisting the murderer, the source indicated "yes, four persons."

We've made great progress, confirmed this source, speaking of the inquest on the execution. (remember, these are french reporters)

I doubt these are the guys; they're probably in Syria. (the frenchman didn't say this)

Fact is, in French the word "execution" is not restricted to legal execution after a death penalty. It's also used to describe the deliberate killing of an hostage. Many plaques commemorating imprisoned resistants or captured Allied troops use this word, and believe me it's in no way meant to tone down the fact these soldiers or freedom fighters were brutally murdered by their captors.
