I wish this hero all the best that life has to offer. May his pen stay sharp, as well as his wit, and laser perception.

You all were tremedously lucky to have me around ...Sniff...
That's exactly how I feel about me and this forum.
Please send cash in lieu of flowers to ease this burden and to further enhance my self-esteem, after all, I am a product of a parochial school education.

Nice piece. And worth a visit to his site to read some of his other work.

Good conservative voices are hard to find. I enjoy Sabia's writings.

When I heard calls to "flatten Fallujah", I kept pondering if we had the right target.

Proud to be among those 3% of Cornell's faculty with a little common sense.
We do owe Joe a wealth of gratitude for operating in enermy territory for so long. Mr. Horowitz will be getting a battle proven officer.

He is going to be a real loss for Cornell. LOL, I'll bet it was fun to watch the reactions to his columns.

I must get out more....I did not know that kiwi sorbet was a leftist treat. I love that stuff! LOL!

Reading this from Cornell is like finding a Rembrandt at a display of kindergartners' art.

Does that make Cornel a leftist re-education camp ?..
Or a super leftist education camp.. or a Propaganda school for the logically challeged... or a dis-information compendium of failed ideological figments ?..
At any rate Cornel has become now, looser city with no glimmer of hope of learning that Joseph McCarthy was right and an american hero before he got himself, "Borked"..

How many Sun writers could withstand the charges of xenophobia after writing an essay like 'No way, Jose!' in which I declared unless we stop illegal immigration 'we can all say adios to American culture and American jobs?' That remark could get him in hot water around here too.

"In her piece, Szelényi also claimed that "Native American Indians" are victims of discrimination. What exactly is a Native American Indian? Perhaps the sociology department's crack staff is studying the oppression of everyone named Pocahontas Patel." ROFL!

If you're going to excerpt, please do it by cutting-and-pasting text from the original article. You introduced several typos and changed the wording of some sentences in a way that reflected poorly on Mr. Sabia -- I had originally assumed that the errors were his, until I read the full article and discovered otherwise.

One of the funniest things I have ever read. I wish I could have been the one to do this.
