I've seen Loftus a number of times, and met him once. He strikes me as a DEBKA-type source. He always offers extraordinary stuff, but half the time it doesn't pan out. I'll wait to see this confirmed by other sources.

When first hearing Loftus a month or two ago I went to his website and that just brought on more question marks about him. The Libya - Iraq - Korea connection was also mentioned by Richard Miniter not too long ago. Unfortunately, this old brain doesn't remember if it was on FNC or radio.
