That is very true.
They will usually say that a "senior administration official", or some similar person said it.
I don't care what ideology Newsmax follows (and I'm well aware they are conservative), but if this story is not correct...or even if it's true, it can be extremely damaging to the credibility of everything we are doing in this country. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if we have Israelis working with us in Iraq, as they are experts in these areas. I'm just amazed at how often the media reveals details that have the potential to jeopardize all we're working for.
I was a lurker for over a year. I actually remember "Carl from Oyster Bay" on the Bob Grant show. To be honest, I haven't seen bitter anti-Bush stories posted on FR from NewsMax in the interim, but maybe Chris Ruddy has a short leash.

For once I agree with you; this must be "Blame Everything On the Jews" week.....and it's really becoming quite obvious. You can't tell me all these smears against the Jews and Israel aren't coordinated.

You know what? If I hadn't bought a copy of "Fiddler on the Roof" on DVD (on sale at Borders $9.99, BTW) and watched part of it tonight, I would be as incredulous as you. But I watched the special features, and there is an interview on there with the director, Norman Jewison. I never thought about it before, because I automatically assumed the man was Jewish, but to quote the man himself, he's a "goy". He said maybe his family assimilated way back in 1216 or something, but he's not Jewish, but apparently the people who asked him to direct "Fiddler on the Roof" thought he was Jewish, too, according to Jewison.
I'd be more ashamed of the putz that took the photos and turned them over to the press.
