June 3, 2004 -- WASHINGTON — FBI agents are focusing on a Pentagon intelligence-gathering unit in their probe into who told Iraqi exile leader Ahmed Chalabi that the United States had broken Iran's secret communications codes, The Post has learned.

Word of the probe came as serious new allegations surfaced about the Iraqi National Congress, the exile group he heads.

U.S. officials said the FBI counterintelligence investigation into the code breaking security breach is centered on a handful of civilian hard-liners in the Pentagon's Office of Special Plans, a policy- and intelligence-analysis shop set up after 9/11.

When America realizes it is prudent not to trust any muslim they will begin to see the fire we have been awoken in.
The muslims in America can not be trusted and we do not stop Islam here because we can't.
Sick but you know in your heart it is true.
Most Americans agree with me but have a sock shoved in out mouths the minute we speak.
God Bless America and help our President to make the wise decision.

As we see daily in the media - it is not just Muslims we have to worry about. We have to worry about liberals seeking political advantage, anti-war activists, and even our very own senators who think nothing of breaking all standards of confidentiality if they can make use of it.

If not, we would not have had leaks from our Security Council, there would not have been claims that Leahy leaked, we would not have have senators sprouting that the Iraqi torture chambers were reopened under U.S. command, we would not have representatives going on foreign soil and attacking the CIC.

We are in deep trouble in this country and I feel the only answer is to severely punish those that do not respect our secrets.

Yep. Not exactly the way we were raised, is it? Tolerance, love thy neighbor, judge a man by the content of his character not his skin color...all out the window.

Prolly never find the mole: some tipsy insider at the Holiday Inn lounge, outside of DC, in a discussion with the Iranian ex-pat bartender babe , tellin' her, "Donshoo worry 'bout nuthin', sweetheart...we broke their code!

Bartender was very impressed, I'm sure.

Loose lips...... (I've actually seen these things happen.)

This reminds me of an incident in the recent "Countdown to D-Day" movie on the A&E channel.

Ike has to "fire" some drunk general who blabs out loud in a restaurant when D-Day is.

They probably should start with the foreign relations committe. Probably Leahy, rockefeller and Levin would be a good start.

The Iranians plan to supply nuclear weapons to al-Quaeda and other muslim terrorists as soon as they have them. Why haven't we destroyed their nuclear facilities. What the hell are we waiting for?

"We are in deep trouble in this country and I feel the only answer is to severely punish those that do not respect our secrets."

The only way its going to stop is if there is a public trail and speedy execution for those who are tratiors to their country.

Put some of Hillary's used panties on their heads and make them talk. Or would that be Fruit of the Loom boxers?

What do they mean by "hard-liners" in this article? What kind of right-wing hardliner would spill his guts to the enemy?
I'm not a big Chalabi fan, but I'm trying to keep an open mind regarding these serious charges. Some of this still doesn't smell right.
I don't know if this article furthers a case against Chalabi. Could just be a guy on the inside who works with Chalabi who's leaking info .

I think it's a little more complicated than "destroying their nuclear facilities."

How about Rumsfeld's buddy Stephen Herbits? The guy hates Bush with a passion.

You might want to take a look at this. It has another take on the Chalabi story.

Leahy has a history of leaking classified information, and with no consequences!!
