The pull quotes and the title (below) are a little misleading. Actually, Raines undertakes the task of telling Kerry how to win.
According to Raines, to start with, Kerry must lie to the public about his objectives.

The Herald must really dislike Kerry to be doing that.
I know. THAT brings me much joy. LOL I've read some of the other stories their reporters have done on him and they are just as hard on him in those reports too. :-)
