Also, check out EWTN (www.ewtn.com) which airs "Rosary for Life" and "Defending Life" (with Fr. Frank Pavone), and the website:

www.priestsforlife.org

I doubt Kerry is fooling as many as he thinks/hopes. In daily sermons and news programs, EWTN often covers the subject of Catholic pro-abortion politicians and their illicit taking of Communion.

"Gee--check out the photos from AP. Everyone has a crucifix behind Kerry."

Someone ask Kerry if the man represented on the cross would have actively and with happy malice doomed a couple of million people in order to achieve political power.

The crucifix was so obvious in all the pictures. He can talk the talk but he can't walk the walk.

Remember the pic in the Capitol Rotunda (I think that's where it was taken) where it looked like Daschle had a halo?

This thread shows how Comrade Senator al Querry tried to gut President Reagan's rebuilding of our military. Comrade al Querry may be even more dangerous to the survival of America than Comrades Carter and Clintoon

Comrade Klintoon did his own gutting. Aided and abetted by the RINO "fiscal conservatives" who none the less continued to allow "non-discretionary" spending to bust the budget. President Bush has made some small amends, but not nearly enough, not nearly.

Kerry will only suspend campaigning for a few days to get a rest

That last word could easily be changed to "Botox Booster"..

Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry said Sunday that he was suspending "overtly political" campaigning in the coming days in observance of former President Reagan's death.

Translation .. he won't say anything .. but you can bet others will

Listen buddy, I don’t want to hear about your bad knees. Get down there and snap the shot!

"And make sure the Cross is in the shot!"

This Protestant is nauseated...

Don't respect him. His motives and statements are purely political. He despised President Reagan

Just exactly how could you tell that he had stopped campaigning?

Instead, he will focus on overtly religious campaigning.

Kerry's Colorado trip CANCELLED.

Colorado FReepers, you can stand down. Be prepared to see him again soon.
It appears that Senator Kerry may also skip the "million dollar" fundraiser scheduled for Monday night in LOS ANGELES, but as I posted on our pre-FReep thread:
...The death of President Reagan has of course complicated ALL of our plans.
[Both the "good guys" AND the "bad guys" will need to decide what to do.]

It now appears very likely that John Kerry will NOT be attending the fundraiser.

But, it also seems very likely that for Streisand, Nelson, Crystal and Diamond, the "show must go on" - with or without him...
...so, I propose that the best way to honor President Reagan is to protest whoever shows up on Monday.

Good question. Here is how see his non-campaign campaign speech to reporters:

"I am not campaigning, out of respect for Ronald Reagan, who while I disagreed with him (and still do), I don't want to come across as a jerk. So, I announce I am not campaigning. When I resume campaigning, I will have an announcement and speech. Mid-way through my non-campaign, I will call a press conference to give you and the American people a progress report of my campaign suspension. But, I pledge to you that if President Bush speaks at Reagan's funeral in a way I determine to be partisan and an attack on my patriotism, I will respond aggressively!!!

Or is this suspension of campaigning because with the passing of Ronaldus Maximus, D-Day Remembrance and the G8 Conf he won't get any press anyway?

"Ronald Reagan and many of us disagreed on one issue or another, but he always disagreed with a smile, without partisanship," Kerry told reporters after attending church.
