Kerry Gives a "Thumbs Up" at President Reagan's Service?
US NEWS PHOTO ^ | 6-8-04 | self

Sen. Kerry gave a "Thumbs Up" at President Reagan's service today. This seems to me totally inappropriate. Just who is he giving the Thumbs Up to? Certainly anyone standing in line for 8 hours to pay their respects to the Gipper is not going to vote for Senator Liveshot! Maybe it was to get on the news?

I don't know what to think about that. At least he didn't have a big cheese eating grin on his face while he did it.

Ah for those of you who couldn't go - the average time in front of Reagan's coffin was a matter of seconds, as you kept walking, not a MINUTE of just standing there feigning religious piety for the cameras.

It shows his total lack of decency.

I have always maintained that when I die there will be people who come to my funeral just to make sure I'm really dead.

And I've always thought that "these people" will probably giving a thumbs up as they leave the mortuary after viewing my remains.

(And I have prepared a list of WHO 'these people' are, just in case my children are unable to see through the BS)

It's a thumb and a wince. Which may mean that his a$$ hurts a little from the thumb's recent removal.

Well we know FOX News is getting paid to run ads for this traitor.
FOX could have waited till after President Reagan's funeral.
This is the 1st time I've seen Kerry ads on FOX.
A Kerry ad ran on the 3PM PST Edition of FOX News today.

I'm glad President Reagan is not alive to see this.

crass gigolo works... :)

I was also thinking

Don Juan De Ketchup, but that does not fit here.

Plus Crass Gigolo is better and more acceptable then what I had in mind.

"That's quite misleading. He gave a thumbs up in his limo, not at the service."

Misleading? You find it appropriate to give a thumbs-up in a limo, LEAVING A FUNERAL? I don't.

And For what it's worth, here is the picture again, with the caption, from the AP photog who took it.

Democratic Presidential candidate John Kerry (news - web sites) gives the thumbs-up to the media as he leaves the Ronald Reagan (news - web sites) Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Calif., Tuesday, June 8, 2004. "We shall soldier on. (By the way, did you know I served in Vietnam?) Alas, I couldn't bring myself to salute the late Commander in Chief/President at his casket. That would have made look like someone who takes orders. I'll have you know the only person who gives me orders is TerAYsa."

This is one of those "a picture is worth a thousand words" moments. It screams that John F. Kerry is a classless act.
