Who was the man (apparently in charge of the rotunda part) who told Brit Hume that there had been "intense pressure" to increase the number of speakers? To Hume's question about whether the number HAD been increased, he said the number had not changed. !!

I beleive he is either the House or Senate Historian. I caught him the second after he was introduced so I'm not 100% sure.
