This is insane.
These NGO groups know no bounds, they have not perspective. They operate on a purely hysterical level. There was an article in the WSJ, yesterday, about the Doctors without borders group trying to bill the French government for the ransom that they paid for one of their members who was taken hostage in Dakastan. The French were refusing to pay becausee they said that they played no part in the negotiations.
