As the Japanese realized they were losing the war, their brutality knew no bounds. Especially their penchant for beheading prisoners. The ONLY silver lining to all of this is the possibility that these fools are in their death throes and taking out whoever/whatever they can on their way down.
Unfortunately it doensn't bring these courageous soldiers/civilians back...
And it took two nuclear attacks to finally convince them to stop.
