Black conservative ping

If you want on (or off) of my black conservative ping list, please let me know via FREEPmail. (And no, you don't have to be black to be on the list!)

Extra warning: this is a high-volume ping list.

The "he has never done anything beneficial" for blacks couldn't be more true or evident. This guy has spent a lifetime pimping his race-mates and personally raking in the profits.

Great article. Good to know people are starting to realize who Jackson really cares about - himself.

lordy lordy, at least there are some that recognize a race-baiter and blackmailer when they see one. Let someone with integrity rise to leadership for a change..

My question is, why do blacks need someone to be their spokesman or "leader". This is a slap in the face of all hard working, educated blacks. JJ NEVER has wanted blacks to move up the social or economic ladder, if that happened, he would be out of a job. He's nothing more than a race-baiting pimp.

Jesse Jackson would be the best running mate for Kerry, IMO.

Jesse Jackson Jr. had always been in the "we shall overcome" business.

There is a famous photograph of Martin Luther King Jr. after he was shot on the landing of that hotel, and a group of his closest supporters is crowded around him pointing to a roof where the shot was to have come from. Jesse Jackson is prominent among them, and there are no words today that convince me that he didn't have going through his mind: "This is an excellent photo-oppotunity."

The growing Black Conservative Middle-Class will spell the demise of Jesse and his ilk.

.>> They did that to Jesus Christ, so why should they stop now? <<<

Comparing Jesse to Jesus Christ. let see: How many illigitimate babies did Jesus Christ have? Did Christ have a Rainbow Coalition that paid his child support? Did Jesus have a son who sold Budweiser to the wedding feast?

When Jesse made the comment about Bush not going to the NAACP does he remember the reception Bush got the last time he went?

"I think [the anti-Jackson protestors] are stupid, I think they are stone stupid. Just a bunch of idiots that should be at home up in their beds back on the plantation."

>Harold Davis said he was willing to give Bush and the GOP
>a chance to compete for his vote.

>"Let's see what the Republican Party has to say about
>pulling yourself up by your own boot straps. Let's give
>them the opportunity to come to the talk," Davis said.

Rove and Mehlman are missing a big opportunity if they do not take up this offer. There may be an element of calculation here, but that's the nature of politics. If blacks are willing to put their votes in play, they can only benefit.

It's a start. But I won't be encouraged until Blacks start talking about what politicians will do for them as Americans. Terrorism and the economy affect all Americans. Terrorists don't just blow up whites.
Education should be a special concern to them. JJ wants that to mean that even illiterate Blacks should get admitted to prestigious universities; the GOP thinks that Blacks should not be allowed to remain illiterate. Surely that subject is at least worthy of discussion in the Black community.
But, no, it's JJ's way only.
