JAYNA DAVIS DOT COM

Jayna Davis, author of THE THIRD TERRORIST, is scheduled today for the Larry Elder show, guest hosted by Doug McIntyre. The time is 3pm Pacific. Then at 6pm Pacific, she will be on this thread to answer questions.

Jayna's work in exposing the Iraqi connection in the OKC bombing has been endorsed by James Woolsey, Dave Schippers, and Frank Gaffney. No, folks, McVeigh and Nichols did not act alone.

If you haven't read the book, please look over the info on the website, particularly the interview done on the Glen Beck show. You can listen to the Larry Elder show online by going to the KABC WEBSITE.

Let's try to make it easy for Jayna. Because I anticipate a busy thread with lots of comments, please use red font to ask questions.

(example)

==============================
In the Winter of 1994, or the Spring of 1995, but in any event, before the
April 19, 1995, Oklahoma City bombing, federal officials were actively
planning a raid on Elohim City. If Elohim City was aware of the raid, then
Carol Howe's information that they would strike first and attack the federal
government was a real potential. Elohim City knew, or at least strongly
suspected, there would be a raid because Rev. Millar admitted his fears and
apprehensions to two local sheriffs.

[Andrea Streismyer was there and has left the country and was perhaps an FBI informant that double crossed the FBI re OKC but I can't tie him to the bombing.]

Apparently Timothy McVeigh had questions regarding Andreas Strassmeir as well:

http://www.fas.org/irp/threat/mcveigh/part06.htm
========================
In a nearly one-foot-thick pleading filed October 18, 1996, the government
responded to McVeigh's Motion to Compel the Production of Classified
Information, specifically including information the government possessed
concerning Dennis Mahon and Andreas Strassmeir. See D.E. 2331. Absent from
that pleading, and also from the information responsive to defense requests
for information concerning Dennis Mahon and Andreas Strassmeir, was Insert
No. E-427, a report of interview by the AFT, which concerned a confidential
ATF source named "Carol." See D.E. 3313 (Exhibit "D"). Counsel for Mr.
McVeigh has now learned that "Carol" is actually Carol Howe, an ATF
informant at Elohim City, who had an intimate relationship with Dennis
Mahon, who knew Andreas Strassmeir, and whom ATF Agent Angela Finley
interviewed on April 21, 1995--two days after the bombing.

Hello Jayna,

Talk about a living Profile In Courage.

You simply astound me with your dedication and tireless efforts to defend this country against the enemies of truth and freedom.

While it may be immaterial to you, you will one day be properly recognized and remembered as an American Hero.

Sham cover-ups will never trump the truth in America.

I have read through this whole thread.

Reading that the terror cell in OK is still active, brings the question to mind WHY?

Based upon what I have read thus far both Republicans and Democrats have demonstrated they are not interested in exposing what really was going on. WHY?

Ignorance will not fit.

What exactly did the algore administration plan to do to deal with these known threats?

There had to be some sort of plan to respond. Clinton's usage of "right-wingers" as responsible seemed to point the direction in which their plan had designs to blame and respond.

Clinton's book which seems to gloss over terrorism and plays to the Jerry Springer crowd is a bit telling. Could it be that bjclinton was tooo busy satisfying his flesh that it was Hillry that was running a stealth government?

That corrupt 911 Commission has the look of her fingerprints and design. Hillry's pick of being on of all committees the Armed Services Committee is not one of chance there is a specific reason why she got herself upon that committee.

Our government has the appearance of the class system prior to the French Revolution, and the history since. 1st estate, now the judicial branch, the 2nd estate, royalty are the elected officials and their mouth pieces in media and Hollywood, all playing to the vast numbers in the 3rd estate, union members, education, income tax payers, supposedly bashing themselves the "rich" (economy).

The governor of OK (Keating) at the time was former FBI and he stood with the government with it's story, WHY?

I keep coming back to the question WHY?

So why could Uncle Sam not afford the nominal expenditure for a video library of tapes which would document events in and around the federal complex on a 24-hour cycle?
I never received a satisfactory answer to that question.

It is my experience GSA Building Managers are not the cream of the crop with building management. When your tenants, government agencies, are a captive audience; there is little motivation for doing your best.

Surveillance Tapes Permanently Sealed
In late 2001, U.S. District Judge Richard Matsch, who presided over the bombing trials, ruled in favor of the DOJ’s request to seal all twenty-two tapes recovered from businesses surrounding the Murrah Building.
To this day, the content of those recordings remains unknown.
The judge in the FOIA lawsuit implored Judge Matsch to lift the “shroud of secrecy” and release the tapes. But I guess now, that will never happen.

While much of the surveillance tape evidence may be of surprisingly poor quality; not releasing this evidence only fuels the conspiracy machine.

Thank you for your thought provoking contributions.

The question of WHY is what bugs me the most.

It doesn't make me doubt the story. For example, I don't believe one man killed JFK and I think the government knew it and yet kept it from us. Why?

I think sometimes we are protected from the truth because it would frighten people or, in the instance of OKC, it would outrage people. If the truth were to come out now about the cover-up of Middle Eastern involvement, Clinton's life wouldn't be worth a plug nickle. AND, I believe it would make people so angry with the government that we would actually create more white supremacists...just like Waco did.

My two cents.

"The question of WHY is what bugs me the most."

Plausible explanation, however, the inaction has left too many Americans sitting ducks, and that is unforgivable.

I agree entirely that it's unforgivable. I think it's so unforgivable that they are almost afraid of a sort of revolution if the truth comes out now.

If the truth had come out at the time, people would have been calm but would have demanded action - like war against Iraq. Clinton didn't want that.

So many years have passed and so many organizations have messed up now that people would be outraged. FBI messed up. Congress messed up. Now Bush, by not addressing this immediately in his administration, messed up.

The irony is that with the likes of Hollywood, Hillry & company, the media, they are accusing President Bush of the very deeds they are guilty of.

Thank our Heavenly Father, that I know He is in control and He looks out for his own.

Conclusion: Based on my experience in weapons development and bomb damage analysis, and on my review of all evidence available, I can say, with a high level of confidence, that the damage pattern on the reinforced concrete superstructure could not possibly have been attained from the single truck bomb. The total incompatibility of this pattern of destruction with a single truck bomb lies in the simple, incontrovertible fact that some of the columns collapsed that should not have collapsed if the damage were caused solely by a truck bomb, and, conversely, some of the columns were left standing that should have collapsed if the damage had been caused solely by the truck bomb.

TXnMA, this is from Partin's report, and I must apologize, he did not say "hardened concrete building" at all. I remembered incorrectly. A hardened concrete building is, to me, a specialized structure designed to survive a blast- I spent time in one.

He appears to be referring to the rebar-and-concrete inner structure of the building.

I was just remembering something else...

I've read somewhere but don't have the link and I think Jayna referenced it last night but don't know if anyone captured it, that it was the GH Bush administration that LET some Republican Guard ex-soldiers move to the United States in an agreement of some sort...in exchange for them standing down during the First Gulf War.

I don't think all these guys were sleeper cells but had legitimately been allowed into the country.

That reflects badly on two administrations.

Yes I do recall that as well, who knows why, possibly the thought was to Americanize them so they could perhaps return to Iraq another day.

However, for whatever reason possibly because of the election in 1992 plans were changed.

Keating is on Fox right now.

U.S. Postal Employee Testifies for Grand Jury - TV Reporter Disavows Conspiracy
Judy Kuhlman, Diana Baldwin 09/20/1997
Daily Oklahoman

NOTE: Staff writer Ed Godfrey contributed to this report.

A U.S. Postal Service employee, who may have seen convicted bomber Timothy McVeigh and another man two days before the Oklahoma City bombing, appeared before the Oklahoma County grand jury Friday.

................................

Through her attorney, Tim McCoy, former KFOR reporter Davis disavowed some of the bombing conspiracy theories that have been reported.

"She also wants to make it perfectly clear that after her two-year exhaustive investigation, she has turned up no credible evidence that supports the theory that the federal government had sufficient prior warnings to prevent the bombing," McCoy said.

---------------------------------------------------------

Ms. Davis,
In retrospect it is clear the Oklahoma County grand jury was the only hope the citizens of Oklahoma ever had in prosecuting the McVeigh and Nichols accomplices.

Did you ever consider going to the microphone that was available to you and sharing a summary of the information you have provided in your book and on this thread?

Had you went public at the conclusion of your testimony and told the world then what you are telling us now, do you believe the Oklahoma County grand jury would have been compelled to consider the information in your witness affidavits?

Do you think the county grand jury would have called your witnesses if you had stood in front of the media microphones and told the world about the affidavits concerning "The Third Terrorist."?

Judge Refuses To Bar Subpoena Of Ex-Reporter

Ed Godfrey 09/12/1997

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A judge on Thursday refused to quash a subpoena requiring former KFOR-TV reporter Jayna Davis to testify before the Oklahoma County grand jury investigating the Murrah bombing.

In June 1995, Davis aired a report linking an Iraqi then living in Oklahoma City with the bombing. Al-Hussaini Hussain sued KFOR in Oklahoma County District Court, saying the station fingered him as John Doe 2.

Davis was subpoenaed to testify today . On Thursday, her attorney, A. Daniel Woska, asked Oklahoma County District Judge Bill Burkett to prevent her from appearing, based on "newsman's privilege" under state law.

--------------------------------------------------------

Ms. Davis, Did you ever receive any kind of pressure from any source encouraging you to fight the subpoena from the Oklahoma Grand Jury?

Why did you not want to tell the Grand Jury this important information you are sharing now?
