You say children need two parents, then you want to enforce this by allowing fathers to opt out of supporting the children they bring into this world? This to force mothers to be more careful about who they have children with? You don't need to resort to omissions to see C4M in that.

How about enforcing it by holding both parents accountable for supporting their children? Then both genders will have cause to be careful about who they sleep with.
