For those who may suspect a liberal BIAS in the mainstraem media...
...note that at this stage in the rally, the "good guys" apparently outnumbered the "bad guys" at LEAST six to one...
...so they had to put one of the lone Kerry supporters in the
FORE-ground, and the Bush-Cheney folks in the
BACK-ground.From Yahoo! NEWS photos:

The Kerry sign dominates the picture. No bias there.

For those who may suspect a liberal BIAS in the mainstream media - Part TWO...
Note how the Associated Press writer cleverly
co-mingles the MANY Bush-Cheney supporters with the FEW (initially) Kerry supporters, in THIS short excerpt from the
San Francisco Chronicle:
"...Cheney portrayed Boxer as out of touch with Californians and told the crowd of about 200 people at the $1,000-per-plate dinner that Jones was in lockstep with President Bush on issues of national security, the economy and tax reform. Protesters could be heard chanting outside the Mission Inn's stained-glass windows during the vice president's 20-minute remarks.
Several hundred protesters and Bush supporters gathered hours before the event and faced off on opposite street corners..."

Those Kerry signs are irritating -- he's not going to be president of anything -- he hasn't quit his day job yet so he isn't even confident of his chances.
Thanks for posting this report and photos and for being there to support Bush/Cheney and Jones. I'll check back later to see more pictures from the event.

they had to put one of the lone Kerry supporters in the FORE-ground, and the Bush-Cheney folks in the BACK-ground. It's clear where the AP photographer stands on this topic!
(with the Kerry supporters, literally and politically)
Perhaps he (as a person) was needed to swell the Kerry-supporting ranks?

Good of you, Rondog..to post this.
Brings back memories of Riverside....We lived right near there, and have had lunch many times at the Mission Inn.
